Shipping Policy


  • FREE standard shipping is offered on all domestic shoe orders over $100.00.
  • All in-stock items will ship same day if orders are placed before 1:00 pm CST.  Orders placed after 1:00 pm will be shipped the next business day.  Any orders placed on major U.S. holidays will be shipped the next business day.  Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout.  Standard shipping takes between 3-5 business days, while express shipping takes between 1-2 business days and overnight shipping will get to you the next business day.
  • ZonlyLooman.com currently only ships to valid residents in the United States.
  • ZonlyLooman.com ships via USPS and UPS.
  • Standard Shipping ranges from $8-$15 depending on your location.
  • Express shipping will be calculated during the checkout process. 
  • All items are shipped out of Edmond, OK.

Please select the appropriate shipping rate upon checkout. Note: Shipping costs WILL NOT be refunded on returned items.

 

Return Policy


***ALL ARTWORK SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.***

We hope you love your purchase. If not, feel free to send it back to us! Items are eligible for return if:

  • Items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached
  • Customer support has been contacted, and items are received within 15 days from the original purchase date
  • Items were not made on a custom, made-to-order basis

Any items that are made-to-order are not eligible for return as they are customized and specific to the customer.

If your return does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return it, as it will be rejected by our returns department.

To return an item by mail, please include the order receipt along with a reason for returning and mail it to the return address on your package.

Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS or UPS along with an insured tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us. 

Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-3 business days at which time you will receive a full refund to your card for the price of the item and any applicable taxes.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and you are required to pay for return shipping.

In the event that an item does not fit properly, you’re entitled to an exchange for the same item in a different size. Exchanges must meet the same criteria as returns.

To exchange an item please visit our Contact Us page and request to exchange an item. When exchanging items, ZonlyLooman.com will charge you for the new item and will ship according to our Shipping Policy. Once we receive the item being exchanged, your card will then be refunded the full amount of the new item. We do this to ensure that you receive your new item in a timely manner while also ensuring we receive your exchange. If the item being exchanged is not received within 15 days of the original order then the amount charged will not be refunded and you will be allowed to keep the original item as well as the new item.

Please note: Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order. 

ALL merchandise bought on sale can not be returned.
